Interested in One-to-One Tutoring Work?

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a number of Local Education Authorities including Solihull, Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton and their Schools helping them to meet the objectives of the One-to-One Tuition Scheme.

The scheme is aimed at improving the attainment levels of KS2 and KS3 pupils in English and Maths.

Teaching Personnel is assisting schools through the provision of tutors. In order to meet the level of demand for tutors during the course of this academic year and next, we will need to increase the number of teachers we have available. We have devised a number of packages for schools ensuring that tutoring sessions are logistically and financially viable for our teachers. Sessions are available within the school day, after school, Saturdays and during the school holidays.

We are currently looking for 2 Mathematics Secondary Tutors in Wolverhampton, 3 Primary Tutors for after school sessions in Dudley, 3 Primary Tutors to complete 5 hour sessions 4 days a week during the school day in Wolverhampton and 2 Secondary English teachers to complete sessions during the May Half Term.

As I am sure you can appreciate, it is vital that we provide continuity for pupils, so unless teachers can commit to each pupil's full tutoring programme, we will not be able to offer them this type of work.
